Brisbane City Sounds is a women's a cappella chorus with a passion for harmony singing. Our members are from all walks of life, across all ages, and from all over Brisbane, and we are always on the lookout for new members to join our chorus.

We sing 4-part a cappella harmony – barbershop style – and are part of an international community of singers who promote real women, real harmony and real fun. This international organisation gives us access to outstanding educational opportunities, and we are always striving to improve our skills. In addition to barbershop, we perform pieces from a range of musical styles, including doo-wop, show tunes, gospel, Australiana and more.

Brisbane City Sounds performs at private functions and community events throughout the year, and we compete at the Sweet Adelines Australia Convention every two years.
