The Vocal Consort (TVC) is a men's group, currently consisting of around sixteen tenors and basses, although numbers move up and down a little according to the demands of particular music or events.
The group was formed in 1984 and is affiliated with the Australian Boys Choir; many members are alumni of the Boys Choir. The repertoire ranges from plainchant and sixteenth century polyphony to comic pieces, jazz and pop.
The group performs as part of the Australian Boys Choir annual concert series, as well as private functions and corporate events.
