ChorusOz - Sydney Philharmonia Choirs' annual 'big sing' is back in 2023. This year ChorusOz takes on the biggest of them all, Mahler’s monumental Eighth Symphony, “Symphony of a Thousand”, in the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall. And we're looking for 1000 singers!!

ChorusOz brings together singers from across Australia and around the world for an exhilarating weekend of intensive music-making. Whether you’ve never sung a note before and always wanted to, or you’re a seasoned choir pro, you’re invited to join our renowned soloists, children’s chorus and the Sydney Youth Orchestra as we rehearse before a performance on the Sunday evening for your family and friends. This will be SPC's 15th ChorusOz. Previous participants have called the experience unforgettable and life-changing.

No previous singing experience required. No auditions. Everybody welcome, including young people 12-17 years.
