Exuberant, talented VERVE HARMONY a cappella community choir, comprising many members from the former JUBILA Singers, gives a debut concert, led by dynamic new director Elizabeth W Scott. A diverse mix of choral works from African, African American, Indigenous, Eastern European and Western European folk traditions, will uplift, inspire and move you!
Also featuring at this concert will be the JAGA BAND (Ukraine/Australia) An amazing, virtuosic Ukrainian ensemble, with an exciting mix of historic and contemporary tunes and songs from all corners of the Ukraine. Wild, mournful, and deeply enjoyable.
