The Maroondah Singers are a mixed-voice, community choir dedicated to the enjoyment of high-quality choral by members and audiences since 1968.

For more than 40 years we have provided concerts throughout metropolitan Melbourne and in country Victoria and aim to provide entertainment and enjoyment for both the audience and choir members. We present a varied program, including songs from the shows; ballads old and new; classical and modern, secular and sacred. Fund-raising is also a key focus of most of our concerts and we have helped a wide cross-section of charities, churches, service and community organisations.

The choir is always looking for new members, especially bases and tenors, to help maintain a great tradition of top-class choral singing and a balanced sound. No experience needed, just an interest and ability to hit the right note and the ability to read music not essential but handy. Enjoy making great harmonies and great friends and share the thrill of performing.

We meet every Monday night from 7.30 pm until 10 pm at the Mountview Uniting Church Hall at the corner of Whitehorse Road and Doncaster East Road in Mitcham.
